Show license of exercise, too, when it differs from license of solution #455

E.g. https://de.serlo.org/9081. Exercise c) f(x) = x is not licensed by cc-by-sa-4.0 but there's no way to see that.

would it be too hidden, if we show the additional licence info also at the bottom of the solution?

In the new design non cc-by-sa licenses are shown for all uuids
