Error with folder "Physik" -> Change it's type to `topic` #723

We have moved the subject "Physik" to "Fächer im Aufbau". Here the type also need to be changed to "topic", otherwise we get the error Parent "topic" does not allow child "subject", see https://serlo.slack.com/archives/C0BMSC431/p1654076825344519
