目前没有提供war包启动时注入agent的方案，希望sermant能够支持通过war包部署的应用也能过使用sermant提供的字节码增强特性

Why is this needed?

有部分存量业务不方便从war包改为其他部署方式，但是而已希望使用sermant能力
