Fix makefile #120

Clarification and motivation

There are a few issues with the makefile:

The test-all and all targets do the same thing as test and coffer, so they're redundant
The test target does not include golden tests
The test target calls the doctests executable with --color, but doctests does not recognize this option.

Acceptance criteria

We've fixed the makefile so that we have no redundant targets, and make test runs all test suites successfully.
