Update the version to 1.0.2.4 #21

  1. Update the version to prepare for the next release to support newer GHC. ~2. Check whether everything works with GHC 9.6.~ it doesn't

In this PR I checked whether we can support GHC-9.6 already, turns out we can't. We need a version of hedgehog newer than 1.2. 1.2 doesn't support GHC-9.6 and a newer version hasn't been released yet. So I'm going to drop that commit for now.
