Add support for grouped results with bkWMgd class #76

In some cases google results are not parsed correctly, due to google dom. It groups results with one additional level (with bkWMgd class) which is currently not tracked by scraper. Added test case with page example (number of results is also off there, but I dont have fix for that as I dont use it).
