use SERPAPI_KEY env var in tests #1

Minor change that adds a SERPAPI_KEY environment variable requirement to the test cases. This mirrors the current Ruby's query parser tests.

Will have to update TravisCI's environment variables before merging this in :wink:.

Thanks for your contribution. The tests are now aligned to the Ruby implementation in the release: 2.0.0
