[New API] Scrape Google Scholar Citations

Currently, we do not scrape Google Scholar Citations, but rather Google Scholar Cite only. With the Citations, we can get some more information, which was requested by one of our users. Most of the Google Scholar Citations are defined by the view_op parameter.
