Add team roles for our team management feature #1366

A high volume customer requested that we add a role, which would have more limited access than the Admin and Owner roles. This is their suggestion:

we would want a role that is capable of seeing everything under the [[Your Searches]] tab, but is incapable of changing anything related to the plan, account or users. In essence, a Monitoring role.

Let's start documenting different roles here that are being asked.

We can draft actual roles we want to add (probably billing, developer roles?) when we reach 5 customers asking for this.

A high volume customer requested that we add support for configuring usage limits for the different members that are part of the team.

Our Enterprise Customer requested a team role where the member has access to the API Key and statistics, but not for the billing details.

A high-volume customer requested that we add a team role where the member has access to the API Key and statistics, but is not able to make changes to the plan or billing information, or add and remove users.

This customer reached out again with a request to prioritize this.

The customer reached out again regarding this functionality and reported that it is really important for their use case. They also added that they want to be able to set daily and monthly limits for the different team members.
