An Enterprise customer reported that our Bing Search API returns different results for requests with the same parameters. I was able to reproduce it in our Playground.
I was not able to reproduce it in the actual Bing engine, as I'm getting the same layout and results each time. I've tested with both Chrome and Firefox (Incognito and normal). I've also tested it when connected to 2 different VPN locations (Paris and Marseille) and without VPN connection as well.
