[Documentation][Home Depot API] Clarify Documentation of `ps`

Our documentation of the ps parameter for the Home Depot API doesn't include a maximum value.

I've tested this in the Playground, and consistently found the maximum value to be 48. When a value greater than 48 is used, it is changed to 48.

We should verify this and add it to the documentation to prevent confusion.

A potential Enterprise customer asked for clarification on this.
