[Google Search API] Scrape labels for `top_stories` on `mobile` #1694

This is a similar request to #1681 and #1644 (thank you @ocvit for implementing both!). The customer requested that we scrape the labels for top stories on mobile searches:

It is implemented for mobile searches but this seems to be a new form that we haven't seen before. If it's critical I can prepare a fix right away, minor change required.

Fix has been released.

Labels are populated as expected now.
