[New API] Free Patents Online API #1814

A Customer requested to scrape patents pertaining to a search query on https://www.freepatentsonline.com/.

Parameters relevant to the customer are: Search Query, Document Number, Document Title, and the Priority Date which is available in the Description on the patent page (although, for priority date, customer mentioned that they can get this from our Google Patents API as it is more directly available there).

Compared to Google Patents, this patent search page gives better search results (in terms of relevancy), but less details.

The customer reached out and indicated continued interest in this feature.

If we don't hear from you in the next day or so, we're going to write our own connector for this.
