[Google Reverse Image API] Searches are getting timed out #536

One of our customers reported that Google Reverse Image API has been pretty unstable for the past few days, as many searches are timing out. Perhaps we can work on improving the performance of this engine.

No Playground links because everything seems to work now. Just inspect to check if there is anything we can do to improve our services

Seems to be similar to serpapi/serpapi#2180 — Google blocks requests with this specific customers' S3 bucket. Google Reverse Image Search API via file upload might fix this problem.
