[Bing Search API] Scrape Bing Chat Sidebar #902

Searches in Bing now sometimes return a Bing Chat sidebar. We can scrape this element when it is available.

I've experienced mixed results trying to recreate these searches consistently, so I can't say for sure whether this is currently possible.

This is based on discussions on https://github.com/serpapi/SerpApi/issues/3851 and #632
