[New API] Google Maps Reviews Contributor API #931

A user requested the ability to scrape all reviews contributed by a specific user. Google Maps allows clicking a user profile to see all of their reviews. We can create a new API similar to our Google Maps Reviews API, that allows searching for a user by ID and scraping all of the reviews they contributed:
