moss: SIGINT during download stores incomplete .stone(s) #309

SIGINT during a moss download operation will store the incomplete .stone(s)

This will result in the error next time a moss operation is performed Error: build: build recipe: root: moss install: client: cache: stone format: io: incomplete frame

As moss believes the .stone(s) are fully downloaded.

To work-around clear the cache.
