I beginned to notice it when i have buyed Rising Sun but after sometime the skills was simply being reseted as if i never buyed it(and the red orbs stay the same as if i have buyed),then i have noticed that everytime i go to a secret mission,it simply restart the skills as if i have selected restart mission/quit mission and started again
