Newest Patch for HD collection not working #348

An 11 mg patch for the steam version of the hd collection came out and now I can't even play the games individually.

DMC HDC Update 1.zip (2 April 2018) I'll leave this here in case you wanna downgrade and use DDMK.

Is this another downpatch or is there already a working version of ddmk for the new patch?

I'm also having this issue. It seems to fail loading the Mary.dll. I'll attach the logs. I hope this helps with the updating process.

I'm confused how this makes ddmk work in the new patch. All I see in the folder is the dmc executables.

Because that's what the Steam update do, they updated the exe files which caused DDMK to not work. https://steamdb.info/patchnotes/11475280

And these exes in the attachment are modified so they are now compatible with DDMK.

This works. Can confirm. Playing style switcher ddmk mod after copying the executable files.

On a sidenote, I think dmc 3 is best played in offline mode? so that the game doesnt auto upload? Just a side thought..

I did the same. Copied the exes and it just worked.

Did you install the latest DirectX End User Runtime and Visual C++ Redistributables?
