Task Management. Completed assignments not being reflected on the server. #131

I created some assignments then completed them on fieldTask.  However after 
refreshing the task list the assignment status was not updated on the server.  
Re-refreshing the task list resulted in the assignment being downloaded again.

tested locally, could not replicate the issue.
1. create and assign task on fieldAnalysis
2. get task in fieldTask
3. accept task and start the survey
4. go through to the end then save and exit the survey
5. refresh task list again.
6. check the fieldAnalysis the assignment status should be set to 'done'
fieldAnalysis has been updated to show 'done' task by 'all' status filter
