feature: support for VSCode with haskell-language-server #4

@serras Hi, great idea to lower the entry-bar for miso ! It would be very helpful to also include nix-enabled editor support (VSCode with haskell-language-server extension). A very similar thing has been achieved by Sridhar in his neuron repo (a very cool zettelkasten/notetaking backend, recently extended by https://www.cerveau.app/ as possible frontend).

Unfortunately I don't know much about the Nix environment, so a PR from me would probably not arrive soon :)

Having a setup for vscode included would benefit anyone interested in developing something with miso !
