fix query to remove duplicate run_id rows, add source query in README
update detail table with sample source taxonomy name linking to NCBI Taxonomy Browser

We shouldn't strictly call it host, we don't know if the virus is in the named species. It is the biological source for the sample, maybe source is more correct title for that field.

Sorry one more thing, in the "hover box" for each sample, can you include the source field instead of the GPS coordinates. I think this is much much more informative as a hoverbox info than numbers which are already plotted.

The BioSample link has the same info, but it's labeled as "Organism". Should we use the same label for consistency?

That's a good idea actually, Organism is unambiguous
