Summary of changes

Merge #221
Merge #231
Integrate with paginated API
Refactor shared functions into helpers
Rename SelectionInfo.tsx to ResultsTable.tsx
Fix visual issues with plot marker opacity and coloring
Add margin to components and scroll box for result table
Update coloring to be unique based on selection index and share colors across plots
Deselect on map markers double-click

Next PR:

add list of run_id params in geo api request instead of fetching everything
include geo components in explorer pages for viewing run_ids
consider adding date filtering using histogram

Note:

Sorry for the large PR diff, but I wanted to include the changes from the previous PRs instead of breaking them up
The map is less responsive with a large number of points. this won't be a problem if embedding with run_ids
the AWS amplify page doesn't always cache map data so it may look slower than prod
