Change all namespace references of lovelywater to lovelywater2

1. Track down all references to lovelywater in the serratus code and wikis
   • org=serratus-bio search
   • user=Aababaian search
   • Wikis
2. Update all references of lovelywater to lovelywater2
3. Test changes work correctly using AWS amplify or localhost before deploying

Additional context

• The namespace change is expected to happen very infrequently so this approach of changing all references should be okay.

References in our codebases and wikis should be updated now except in ababaian/serratus which we're intentionally skipping. External repo awslabs/open-data-registry can be updated later or skipped since the wiki references the new namespace
