Why do some SRA id search results not return any results #264

For example, SRR21742520, SRR21742522 sample shows a published time of 2022-10-05

There are two reasons: 1) This dataset was not proccessed 2) The dataset was processed, but there are no significant matches using diamond

In this case, you can download the .pro and .summary file which reports that the dataset was in fact processed, but there were no significant RNA viral reads detected in this library.
