Apologies in advance for the code formatting mess/reordering of methods.
This adds a configuration menu to the settings for "Advanced Individual Assignments"
It accepts a Character Name + Discord User ID in a Table.
The configuration is validated for distinct Character Names and can be individually saved/reset.
Users are displayed an appropriate warning if the configuration is not saved as well as if the configuration is invalid.
