BUG: Missing swaths for multiswaths Cosmo-SkyMed SCS data #78

Closed remi-braun closed 1 year ago

remi-braun commented 1 year ago

It seems that ESA SNAP only orthorectifies one swath of CSK SCS data:

2023-02-20_10h00_49

➡️ When opening the .h5 file in SNAP, only one swath is seen, so this is a SNAP issue.

WR number of swaths: 4 2023-02-21_09h43_33

It seems OTB and other softs are failing too...

One more reason to quit SNAP! #2

remi-braun commented 1 year ago

This seems to only affect the Wide Region product type, and doesn't affect neither the HImage nor the Enhanced Spotlight type....

HI Number of swaths: 1 2023-02-21_09h41_47

S2 Number of swaths: 1 2023-02-21_09h42_28

CSG data in ScanSAR are also affected, but not in ping-pong... 2023-02-21_09h26_50

ScanSAR number of swaths : 4 2023-02-21_09h40_26

Pïng-pong number of swaths : 1 2023-02-21_09h40_48

✅ A workaround has been found:

Multiswath needs only a workaround for SCS data, not GRDH! 2023-03-23_13h25_15

💡 In fact, multi-swath GRDH data are working fine with SNAP.
