Description

Added more test cases for SalesContact API
Added Spring REST Docs support
- The docs are still in progress; not all of the rest apis are documented

Run mvn test to test out the new unit tests
To explore the REST documentation:
1. Run mvn clean package - this will run the unit tests and build the docs
2. Run mvn spring-boot:run
3. Navigate to http://localhost:8080/api/docs to browse the rest documentation
