"pbl_met" is a set of Fortran modules aimed at building meteorological processors and other software pertaining Planetary Boundary Layer (PBL) applications.
An important part of any meteorological processor is estimating and/or validating data related to the ground-atmosphere energy budget. Among them, radiation (either shortwave from the Sun or reflected back to atmosphere, or long-wave from the Earth or greenhouse gases + clouds) plays an important role. Support for at least global and net radiation estimation is required.
