Highly needed, as from ST-Me.

It might be based on typical day, with interpolation of gaps still resisting filling.

Important: an optional parameter, collecting the state filled - not filled, for reporting. Maybe, an integer vector, with three values (to date): 0: Left unchanged 1: Filled using typical day 2: Filled by interpolation.
