LBARD stops responding to HTTP requests sometimes #13

When setting up the test network, it was noticed that sometimes LBARD stops responding to HTTP requests, even though it continues to send and receive UHF packets.

Analyse main loop and try to figure out how this could happen.

Instrumentation is now in place to help to track this problem down when we see it happening on a mesh extender in future.

It seems likely that the problem was related to time running backwards during clock synchronisation. As we now have a means of observing it, and still lack a repeatable test-case, closing this issue.
