Starting serval without a keyring causes servald to create a keyring with an invalid DID #55

Starting serval without a keyring causes servald to create a keyring with an invalid DID.
This causes two known issues:
It may cause other issues but these were the two seen today.
Current workaround is to manually create a keyring and add a new entry before starting servald.
