Obtaining help on the command line #59

Currently servald responds with help on the command line to the following command:

./servald help

It doesn't respond with help when invoked with, in my opinion, two of the standard command line parameters help. Namely:

./servald -h ./servald --help

I think it should, for consistency with the standard.
