Should the Start/End dates be exposed, or just expiry dates? #14

There are currently Start/End dates on most of the objects to be used when manipulating the data so that future information can be entered into the directory, and timed expiring information can be cleanly dispoed of.

Discussion on this was that including the values in the interface object model is appropriate and they will remain.
