Update & Remove files

We will need to update the following files to ensure all calls are from the program.php object

• [x] ajaxSaves.php
• [x] ajaxCustomProgram. php
• [x] customProgram.php

From inside the theme

• [x] page-exercise-library-app.php
• [x] page-exercise-library.php
• [x] page-programs-list-app.php
• [x] page-programs-list.php

Once these updates have happened, we can remove the following items.

filtering.php we will need to update the functions to ensure they are part of the objects or no longer needed.

Any references to them will need to be replaced by the new location.
