General Current - Exercise Ordering #26

Exercise ordering is still not working. if you add an exercise into spot #1 it goes into spot #2. This then causes the app to crash.

Kaiden, We have had to go back to the jQuery solution. When you add a program in the second slot it breaks things.

After through testing, this should be working in the autoTest branch for both phases and exercises.
