Redo the Pages for Adding Videos, Updating Sports & Occupations & Managing Body Parts #57

Hi @SideonDeaka We are excited to have almost re-written all of the code for Curastream Plugin. We need the following items to be created.

Ability to create new sports, update sports & Occupations & Delete Occupations Ability to create new Exercises and link the videos to them accordingly. Ability to create, update and delete Body parts Ability to create update and delete how it happened.

@serveit-ca HTML and PHP functionality has been pushed for all of these but the exercises to the "categoryManagement" branch. Ajax is needed to be implemented for these pages buttons, and as with the metrics page, some CSS work as well.

As for the exercise part of this task, would it be best to create an "Exercise Library" Page, where we can view all current exercises and have an area on that page to create new ones?

@SideonDeaka, as per the other pages lets also add the ability to see how many programs the body parts, sports & occupations & How it happened are being assigned to. This will help the team know which types of programs they still need to create. For example, if there is no programs for Being Sedentary they should create a program.

These changes have been made, still awaiting CSS and Ajax for the demo on Friday.
