RSS Feed #83

Coming from Cachet I really liked the RSS feed. Cachet was nice, but it just quit working on me twice so I gave up.

@12nick12 we've now added an api in stable where no bugs exist, telegram and email notification in beta which can be unstable. Link for beta if you want to check out https://github.com/yigitkeremoktay/server-status
