This list is likely to break all websites for international users as it blocks any domain with special characters in them. May be this is a valid thing to do...? Scary stuff.

The way serverless-dns works, this abp list won't really do what it is supposed to. IDN blocking support is tracked here https://github.com/serverless-dns/blocklists/issues/109 as it needs some code changes.
