Changes :

Remove double DL (the .fr list is integrated in the main link)
Move RFD into Security category
Assign correct packs

Btw the KriskIntel lists are inaccessible (either they moved the lists without informing anyone, or have stopped maintaining them, or require some form of auth)... You can add Red Flag Domain as a replacement for that (instead of making a new entry): https://github.com/serverless-dns/blocklists/blob/6cd8d55dffc03029ba4aedf79a082ebcc7eac81c/config.json#L752

Thanks. Merged.

The blocklists are updated every 8th day (1, 8, 16, 24) of the month. The next update is 6 days away and these should show up on both the app and the website then.
