Add Fuckfuckadblock #161

Hi, I've added Fuckfuckadblock - Filters for blocking mining, pop-ups and anti-adblock bypass Could you please check it and merge it? It would be very nice to add this filter.

abp files don't really work well with DNS based content blocking. Is there a hosts-based version of these lists?

Second thing is, we cannot possibly use words like "fuck" because the resolver and the companion Rethink DNS + Firewall app is used for Parental Control purposes, too (ie, kids may access the webpages and the blocklists UI).

Ouh that's sad... I'm don't know much about filter and how it works, I'm just a user want to contribute. Also I don't know is there a host-based ver of this filter... Thank you for reply 😁
