Sorry, I missed this pull request.

Is there a host file version of this?

I took one look at the file, and those abp rules won't really translate well to be effective enough for DNS blocks.

Based on reference by https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt . There is no other format available and also have a license of Dandelicence. Hence, it is not recommended to do this task.
