Add PersianBlocker list #50

Used "Persian Blocker" instead of "PersianBlocker" to hopefully resolve ambiguity as mentioned by @ignoramous. (So users will perceive it "Persian ad/tracker Blocker")

By the way the README instructions lack the "pack": [] part.
