Clicking on search result should not trigger a full page reload #216

I remember you can customize this behaviour. Used to do it for phenomic docs

Hard page reloads happen when service worker gets new content.

If new content, next click will be hard page reload to use sw. Otherwise the SPA experience should be working.

It happens on every page when I clik on Algolia's search result
