Details:

Create a new section for SpotInst Functions: "Never pay for idle resources. Run code without provisioning or managing servers. Pay only for the compute time you consume at the most cost-effective price on earth."
Add a small blurb to the main Introduction page.
Add a column to the A Comparative Look sub-section.
