This is a Feature Proposal

.NET Core 3.1 supports end on December 13, 2022, which is highest available for the plugin
Currently there is lack of support for .net6 in plugin which is essential if we continue to use it
It should be enough to add .net6 runtime in runtime.ts file in few places and register commands to build in configService.ts
