This PR adds support to:

sls deploy --force: Redeploys the functions in the server less.yaml file even if they have been already deployed
sls deploy function -f func: Apart from redeploying a function it will deploy if it has not been deployed yet.

It also includes a bit of a refactor in the test files.

Fixes #52
