chore(deps): allow for minor/patch updates to dependencies #13

Allows people to address #12 by removing and re-adding the plugin.

Looks like this plugin is now built into serverless, https://www.serverless.com/framework/docs/providers/aws/guide/functions#log-group-resources. Just going to use the built in method instead of the plugin.
