Husky & deprecated rollup plugins

What this PR does / why we need it:

• fixed husky config
• updated deprecated rollup plugins
• changed npm script lifecycle hook for husky install, used prepublish (which is actually run after install & ci) instead of prepare which runs too often (pack for instance)
