What this PR does / why we need it: We are adding the Kogito in the list of projects implementing the spec

seems the image is missing (broken on preview) wanted to add a vertical section, first companies, then runtimes below can add that and then we can apply this pr onto it. wdyt?

something similar to what we have on this slide. will work on it this week and then we fix the images, links , whatever swslide
